These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between The Tidy Crew Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for the provision of cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms, in compliance with UK cleaning industry regulations and best practices.
1.1 Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
1.2 Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge.
2.1 Payments are due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
3.1 You must provide safe access to the premises.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a risk to health and safety, in accordance with UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines.
4.1 We carry public liability insurance to cover accidental damage or injury.
4.2 We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by faulty equipment or products supplied by the client.
5.1 Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service.
5.2 The client must inform us of any pets, hazards, or special requirements before the service.
6.1 We aim to deliver high-quality service. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6.2 If the service is unsatisfactory, we may offer a re-clean at no extra charge.
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK legal standards.
